Returns, Cancellations & Product Assurance Policy
At Wiggins Home, we take exceptional care in sourcing, packaging, and delivering our lighting, furniture, and home décor collections. Many of our pieces are delicate, oversized, or crafted to order. For this reason, our policies are thoughtfully designed to preserve product integrity while providing a refined and transparent client experience.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused, uninstalled, and unassembled
- In original packaging with all protective materials intact
- Free from damage, wear, or alteration
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless defective or incorrect:
- Custom, made-to-order, or pre-order items
- Clearance or promotional items
- Installed or assembled items
- Floor models or display pieces
Return Conditions & Fees
- Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which covers inspection, repackaging, and handling of high-value and fragile items
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund if a return label is provided
- Items returned without original packaging will not be accepted
- All returned merchandise is subject to inspection upon receipt
If a returned item is determined to have no salvage value due to damage, improper packaging, excessive wear, or condition beyond resale standards, Wiggins Home reserves the right to deny the return and no refund will be issued.
Wiggins Home further reserves the right to approve, partially approve, or deny a return, or deduct repair or restoration costs from the refund balance where applicable.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email returns@wigginshome.store with the following information:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Reason for return
If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) and detailed instructions via email. Approved items must be shipped back within 5 calendar days of authorization. Unauthorized or late returns will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To purchase a different item, please return the original order (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Cancellations & Refunds

In-stock orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a 25% restocking fee, regardless of shipping status

Orders that have already shipped will also incur return shipping charges

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Custom, made-to-order, pre-order, and clearance items cannot be canceled or refunded

Delivery Address Changes & Re-Routing Fees
Requests to change or update a delivery address after an order has been placed are subject to carrier approval and may incur an additional re-routing or address correction fee imposed by the shipping provider.
- Fees vary based on carrier, shipment size, weight, and destination
- All additional charges must be paid by the customer prior to processing the request
- Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped
- Custom, oversized, or freight shipments may not be eligible for re-routing
Wiggins Chandelier is not responsible for delivery delays, disruptions, or additional costs resulting from address changes requested after shipment release.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival and note any visible damage before signing for the shipment.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by visiting our Claim Center or emailing support@wigginshome.store with:
- Order number
- Clear photos and/or videos of the issue
- Photos of the original packaging and shipping label
Approved claims will be resolved through a replacement or refund, based on product availability and customer preference when applicable.
Damage caused by customer handling, misuse, or installation is not covered. Wiggins Home is not responsible for labor, electrician, or contractor costs.
Shipping Damage & Lost Shipments
Because many of our pieces are oversized and delicate, every order includes complimentary shipping insurance for added peace of mind.
Claims for shipping damage or lost shipments must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Approved claims will be resolved through replacement or refund or store credit, subject to claim approval and product availability.
Natural Material Characteristics
Variations in wood grain, stone veining, metal patina, glass bubbles, or finish texture are inherent characteristics of handcrafted materials and are not considered defects.
Refused Deliveries
Refused deliveries are treated as returns and are subject to all applicable restocking fees, return shipping charges, inspection requirements, and salvage determinations.
Custom, Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items
Custom-finished, made-to-order, and pre-order items are crafted specifically for you and are final sale. We encourage clients to carefully review dimensions, finishes, and specifications prior to purchase. Our design team is always available to assist before checkout.
Clearance Items
All clearance items are final sale and offered under the following terms:
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds
- Limited availability; items may not be restocked
- Prices as marked and not eligible for additional discounts
Installation Recommendation
Professional installation is strongly recommended for all lighting fixtures to ensure safety, proper performance, and longevity.
